What is Greenspace?

Greenspace is a digital platform that makes it easy for psychologists to measure and monitor their clients’ mental health symptoms. Greenspace is a Canadian company, fully compliant with all privacy regulations, and is used by over 800 therapists in Canada. Research is clear that the ongoing measurement and display of client progress, increases client engagement and significantly improves therapy outcomes.

How it Works

  1. Selection: For each client, psychologists select from a list of 25+ evidence based assessments across a range of clinical areas (including depression, anxiety, addictions and functioning).
  2. Assessment: Clients can complete assessments either during session or remotely. No app or login is required when clients complete assessments remotely, and assessments can be easily completed on any device.
  3. Results: Assessment results and progress can be reviewed via secure login by both psychologist and client.

For Clinics and Organizations

For clinics and organizations, Greenspace provides access to a statistical displayof client outcomes across the organization, as well as a master list of clients, that lets clinical directors quickly identify any clients that are off track and in need of additional support.  Organizations have never had this much clarity on client progress or outcomes – allowing them to make better decisions, support funding (or marketing) efforts and more effectively evaluate programs.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Psychologist (C.Psych) with Psychological Association of Manitoba
  • Must be a member in good standing with the current licensing body
  • Must have satisfactory Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector search), Adult Abuse Registry Check, Child Abuse Registry Check
  • Must have valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle and ability to travel throughout Manitoba


  • A doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology (Clinical or Applied Behavior Analysis) from an accredited graduate program
  • Experience working with individuals (children or adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or special needs) and/or their families/caregivers  
  • Experience administering and interpreting psychological assessments, including issues relevant to intellectual/cognitive assessment and diagnosis of intellectual and neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Experience with providing clinical/behavioral intervention to children, adolescents, and/or adults
  • Knowledge of the theories of clinical supervision as it pertains to supervising other clinicians
  • Knowledge of the Vulnerable Persons Act
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment including developing relationships with specialists, clients, case managers, care providers, families and various service providers
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Effective written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Software applications particularly Word, Excel and Outlook


Reporting to the Senior Psychologist, Winnipeg Region, the Psychologist independently provides an advanced and broad range of psychological/behavioral supports (complex psychological evaluation/assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic intervention), to a wide range of referred individuals identified as eligible within the mandate of Community Services Delivery in the Winnipeg Region (Adult Services, Children’s disABILITY Services, and Manitoba Early Learning & Child Care).

The Psychologist will supervise the work of clinical specialists within the Winnipeg Region and rural regions of Manitoba.  The clinician also provides public education and consultation to community groups and agencies in the area of behavioral/clinical applications for individuals with special needs.  The position provides clinical services within the general parameters and standards set by the Department, and according to the expectation of the Psychological Association of Manitoba (P.A.M.).
