This position is an opportunity to be part of a new and exciting children’s mental health clinic, that is both innovative and a solution to the Province’s challenges in children’s mental health services. Our Psychological Associates will be passionate about the delivery of mental health services to children and their families and committed to being part of an interdisciplinary team with an integrated service model.
They will primarily provide support to the psychological assessment service through administration and scoring of standardized psychological tests. Providing clinical interviewing, individual, family and group evidence-based treatments that are trauma- informed, strength-based, child and family-centred and congruent with best practices may be involved in the role, depending on the experience of the candidate. Their work will be supervised by a Certified Psychologist and under the program direction of the Clinical Director.
