Personal Accountability Commitment
MPS Workshop attendees agree to engage safely, which may include, but is not limited to, wearing a mask in public areas while not actively eating or drinking, engaging in appropriate physical distancing, and not attending the event in person if you are experiencing signs & symptoms of, or have been recently exposed to or diagnosed with and not yet cleared by provincial health guidelines as non-contagious with COVID-19.
Attendees acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection by attending the workshop, and that such exposure or infection may result to them and/or others with whom they have contact. Accordingly, they understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of MPS and its representatives, partners, and sponsors, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the meeting.
