My name is Dr. Elsie Duff and I am conducting an online survey to assess post-COVID condition in frontline health care workers in Manitoba. Your insights and experiences are valuable to this research, and the I would be grateful for your participation.
By taking part in this survey, you can help to gather valuable data that can shape and improve healthcare practices. Your feedback and experiences will directly inform what is known about healthcare workers’ experiences of illness due to COVID-19.
