Position: Child & Adolescent Psychologist (Contract)

Location: Monarch Child & Family Therapy – Winnipeg, MB
Employment Type: Flexible Contractor (Part-time or Full-time)

Position Overview:

Monarch Child & Family Therapy Inc. is a multidisciplinary child-focused clinic offering pediatric occupational therapy, child & youth psychotherapy, parent coaching, and family support services. Our mission is to provide evidence-based, compassionate care that helps children and families thrive. We are expanding our services to include comprehensive psychological assessments and specialized child psychology services.

We currently have:

  • A pediatric occupational therapist
  • Four child/family therapists

  • High demand for assessments & diagnostics

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (psychoeducational, ASD/ADHD, mental health)
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families
  • Create diagnostic reports with clear recommendations
  • Consult with parents, teachers, physicians, and other providers
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

Psychologist (C.Psych)
Psychological Associate (Independent Practice)

  • Registered with the Psychological Association of Manitoba
  • Experience working with children, youth, and families
  • Training in ASD/ADHD assessments preferred
  • Strong report-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
