Thrivival Skills for Therapists

Presented by Dr. Karen Dyck and Dr. Melissa Tiessen
Co-Founders of Intentional Therapist

Please join us in October for a unique 6-week cohort based online program, Thrivival Skills for Therapists.  We developed the program specifically to help female mental health clinicians redefine our approach to self-care, and not just survive but truly thrive in our work.

Thrivival Skills is approved for 6 continuing education credits through the Canadian Psychological Association.  The program includes 6 weeks of easy-to-digest online lessons, bookended by two 90 minute live virtual group meetings (October 20 & December 8, 2023).  In the intervening weeks, participants will receive online access to the weekly lessons, which cover why we need to redefine our approach to self-care, each of the pillars of our 4 C’s model (Connection, Compassion, Courage, and Creativity), and how to continue to make room for ourselves in our schedules after the program ends.  A private discussion forum is also included to provide ongoing opportunities to interact with us and other participants.

Register by October 6, 2023 to access early bird savings of $100 off the regular registration rate.
