Contract Position (Clinical Assessor):
SLA is a thriving multidisciplinary Clinic. We conduct a wide range of psychological evaluations for children, adolescents and adults. Our assessments are tailored to provide information that will assist in understanding behaviors of concern, cognitive strengths/vulnerabilities, adaptive functioning abilities, learning disabilities, attachment patterns, vocational/rehabilitation potential, and impact of occupational stress injuries. We also conduct parental capacity assessments, guardianship assessments and custody assessment. Our assessments offer a detailed examination of the presenting problem areas, identify factors contributing to these problem areas and provide recommendations for case planning and court purposes.
We are looking for clinical assessors who have superior skills with the completion of complex assessments and the interpretation and delivery of diagnostic intervention recommendations to parents and partnering community resources.

Contract Position (Clinical Therapist):
SLA is looking for clinical therapists who have advanced skills and experienceworking with, and empowering, individuals and families to overcome personal obstacles. We are looking for clinicians who use a variety of teachings with insights from the spiritual traditions, psychodynamic, philosophy, modern science, developmental psychology and other disciplines. The clinicians at SLA have a deep understanding of transformational processes – and how healing involves both intention and attention. Proficiency in the following is desired:

· A strong understanding of complex trauma and resiliency;

· A strong understanding of occupational stress injuries;

· Coaching and mediation;

· Experience working with children in care; and

· Proficiency in occupational health and return to work programs
