Full-time, Permanent | 40 hrs/week
Annual Salary: Up to $154,382
Key Responsibilities:
- Wellness checks
- Psychological assessments
- Overseeing Mental Health Strategy
- Liaison between members and Wellness Team as well as for members to EAP providers/community mental health professionals
- Provide psychological consultation to the Crisis Negotiation Unit during critical incidents
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, or a recognized equivalent from an accredited university
- Registered Psychologist with expertise in clinical psychology and eligible for registration in Manitoba with the Psychological Association of Manitoba
- Current Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), or other related training, course work, or certificates in the field of mental health and wellness is considered an asset
- Must pass extensive background investigation including polygraph & psychological evaluation
- Minimum three (3) years of experience
