School Psychologist
Interlake School Division invites applications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Psychology or Educational Psychology and be certified or be eligible for a Manitoba School Clinician certificate.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting student assessments in behaviour, social, academic, and emotional areas
- Performing classroom observations
- Writing assessment reports
- Interacting with parents
- Collaborating with regional and provincial agencies
It would be an asset to have a background in:
- Psychology educational assessment
- Behavioural planning
- Individual and group counselling
- Working with at-risk children and youth
- Crisis intervention
