Recovery & Resilience Panel Discussion

With EHN Canada Alumni

In celebration of September being Recovery Month, we are honoured to feature a panel featuring members of the alumni community from the EHN Canada network. They will be speaking to the treatment process, life after treatment, and the roller coaster that is living in recovery. These panelists will provide insight to the real-life struggles of starting fresh and navigating a life in recovery. Their discussion will highlight how community is essential for maintaining and enjoying sobriety, avoiding feelings of isolation, rediscovering self, and connecting with others who understand what you’re experiencing. The end of a treatment program is just the beginning of a lifelong recovery journey. Join us Thursday, September 21 between 12-1pm EST for this lively and insightful panel discussion outlining the good, the bad and the ugly about mental health and addictions treatment.
