Wanted: Registered Clinical Psychologist to be a part of the Birch Wellness Center, an established collaborative, multidisciplinary group of independent private practitioners located in downtown Winnipeg. The Birch Wellness Center is comprised of a comprehensive team of highly respected professionals with extensive expertise in clinical psychology, psychotherapy, clinical social work, psychiatric nursing, physiotherapy and osteopathy.
Located in a turn-of-the-century designated heritage home in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. This area is considered prime business property due to its proximity to Portage Avenue and Main Street, as well as numerous city landmarks such as Osborne Village, the Broadway-Assiniboine District, the Legislative Building, the Exchange District, the Hotel Fort Garry, and The Forks. It is also close to several main bus routes. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the building and designated parking spots for practitioners at the rear of the building.
Thirteen rooms in the house are usable as office spaces, ranging in size from 110 – 330 square feet. There is plenty of storage space for files. There is also a shared boardroom on the main floor. On the second floor, there is an additional waiting area, allowing clients comfort and privacy while they wait for their appointments.
Members of the Birch Wellness Center will benefit from working at a professional center where all of their functional needs are met, allowing them to focus solely on their practices. The center will provide the following services as part of the lease agreement:
- Shared or unshared furnished office space
- Full time reception, clerical and administrative service
- Point-of-sale service (Visa, MasterCard and Interac) (optional)
- Shared waiting area
- Phone, wireless internet, fax, photocopying, email, group website, shredding and mail service
- Office cleaning
- Coffee, tea and other kitchen amenities
- Heat and hydro
- Designated parking space at additional cost
